Ingredients:
• 2 lemons
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp tartaric or citric acid
• 1 cup boiling or cool water
Method:
1. Wash the lemons and peel the rind Into a bowl
2. Cut the lemons and squeeze out the juice and add into the bowl
3. Add the sugar and one of the two acids.
4. Pour over the boiling water and stir until the sugar and acid have dissolved.
5. Allow the mixture to cool.
6. Strain and add water. This can be hot or cold depending on what is wanted.
7. Garnish as desired.
