Nutrition Recipe: Lemon Drink
Ingredients:
• 2 lemons
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp tartaric or citric acid
• 1 cup boiling or cool water
Method:
1. Wash the lemons and peel the rind Into a bowl
2. Cut the lemons and squeeze out the juice and add into the bowl
3. Add the sugar and one of the two acids.
4. Pour over the boiling water and stir until the sugar and acid have dissolved.
5. Allow the mixture to cool.
6. Strain and add water. This can be hot or cold depending on what is wanted.
7. Garnish as desired.

First Day
It was all right! Although, it was more blah than do! I've got nutrition for this term, as well as Textiles and Design, but with nutrition, I'll post the recipe for that week! So look out every Thursday or Friday!

Intermediate time!
