As we walk to the paddock for the scary event (well scary
for me anyway), I walk as slow as a snail,
even though I'm going to get there sometime!
20 minutes later, we got there,
I didn't know what to do to not get in,
so I guessed that I just had to get in!
Once I put my foot in, I just got out, until I put
my foot in once more, Hmmmm... not bad, I suppose!
Until I put my other foot in... AHHHHH! It was so squishy
I could feel the mud slither in between my toes... UHHHHH!!
I hop out as swiftly as possible,
Mrs Glasgow showed up, she asked me if I would like to hold her hand,
I thought that would be a great idea!
So that's what I did.
I started to go in first, YUCK!
I want to get out! I did want to get out, but I also
wanted to take a resopnsible risk.
So I kept on going.
It got deeper and deeper, until the mud got up around
half of my shirt.
There were heaps of creepy crawly critters like:
Ants, Flys, especially Spiders!
We were nearly at the end, but I just got out,
I felt proud of myself, but possibly I might just do the
Mud Run all by myself this year!
P.S. I only said: POSSIBLY!
